RTC is a growing IT recruitment and outsourcing company which helps businesses find and hire the right employees for their organization or project. While expanding to new markets they’ve decided to refresh their visual identity in order to better align their image and messaging with their target audience's needs.
New logo was based on the existing one that already corresponded well with company’s tagline. Lettering and signet where refreshed, simplified and composed in a more clean and modern manner.
Updated colors and typeface supplement the overall look by giving it more corporate feel. We encourage the use of the graphic elements based on the logo as well as using the signet separately as a layout element. Additionally to energetic violet, palette also uses a contrasting lime green as an accent. To ensure RTC's brand consistency across all mediums, we created a comprehensive brand guide that documented newly developed style.
With new visual identity in place, we could get to redesigning the website. New, more intuitive information architecture was introduced beside some new functionalities including more prominent careers section.
As a vital component of any modern brand's marketing strategy, we knew that RTC's social media graphics and pitch decks needed to be visually engaging and consistent. Using the new visual identity a new set of templates were designed that not only looked great but also communicated RTC's services and values to their target audience.
